The Permanent Council of the Federal Parliament of Somalia today is on 09/08/2018 a report to the Independent Review and Implementation Commission.
The event was held in the center of the public and was initially opened and organized The Chairman of the House of the People of the Federal Republic of Somalia Mr. Mohamed Mursal Abdirahman, Chairman of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, said that this meeting is historic because it is the first meeting of the ICRIC Board of Directors of the House of the People of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
The constitution is in the hands of many committees and is going to spend a lot of money and requests the committee to propose information on the process of reviewing and implementing the constitution.
Members of the Independent Commission of the Constitution have been present at the meeting. Mohamed Dahir Afrax, Chairman of the Independent Human Rights Committee (GMDHD).
The governor commemorates the commemoration, greetings and thanksgiving made by the Chairman and members of the BFS Standing Committee, and congratulated the new parliamentary speaker and said that this meeting is an important opportunity for the committee. He then entered into the committee’s report consisting of three sections:
Committee for Assistance, things planned And the Challenges of the Commission.
Dr. Afrax said this committee was set up on 15-Jun-2014, but it was the constitution that was set up earlier this time but there was a delay. The foundation of the board was not established in any way, nor was any help needed, such as office, office equipment, transportation, consultants, staff, and security personnel. He later resigned from the former governor of Asha Geele after seeing many of the challenges faced by the task force.
