The deputy Chairman of the Independent Commission for Review and Implementation of the Constitution Mumino Sheikh Cumar acclaimed the way Somali women attitude by when their nation collapsed and continued their people from manmade disaster while men were busy putting gas on the fire instead of putting out fires. The meeting was welcomed by women groups and contributed ideas, questions were asked as well as answers followed.
The deputy Chairman of the Independent Commission for Review and Implementation of the Constitution Mumino Sheikh Cumar has welcomed the youth participants and other government officials followed by greetings then deeply talked about the importance of youth ideas and their contribution to the constitution today as it will affect it them tomorrow. As she continuing speech, she urged the youth are full of ideas and as well as power of each nation so a single idea from the youth is worth more tons than the ideas from elsewhere of the social groups.
Religion scholars promised from that day to due they will not be outstanding from the review of the constitution and its’ procedures. As well will not put their hands on their chests by only watching the outcomes instead their contributions will clearly be seen in the constitution.

1. A Consultation Meeting with Women in Banadir
A consultative meeting between the Independent constitutional Review and Implementation Commission (ICRIC ) and Somali women associations was held at Doorbin hotel from 18th to 19th September 2019. The aim of the meeting was to consult women about constitutional chapter completed so far and reviewing them.
Apart from the ordinary Somali women participants and other honorable guests, the minister of Ministry of Constitutional affairs was among those attended the meeting. During the meeting the light was pointed on how well women will have contribution to the Somali constitution as their ideas are in need by ICRIC members.
The minister of Constitutional affairs Mr. Salah praised the way Somali women stand by when their nation collapsed and survived their people from manmade tragedy while men were busy putting gas on the fire instead of putting out fires. The meeting was welcomed by women groups and contributed ideas, questions were asked as well as answers followed.

2. A Consultation Meeting with Youth in Banadir
The Independent constitutional Review and Implementation Commission ( ICRIC ) has held two day constitutional consultative meeting with the youth and reviewing fifteenth chapters that were completed. Such meetings is aimed to ensure that all community and stakeholders to have their role and say to the constitution.
The consultative meeting was held from 21st September to 22nd 2019 at Doorbin hotel in Mogadishu-Somalia. Different Somali youths from Banadir districts were invited the meeting to attend and participants contributed their ideas towards submitted chapters by the Independent Constitutional Review and Implementation Commission ICRIC.

A participant from the Banadir youth thanked the Independent Constitutional Review and Implementation Commission ICRIC for such invitations and meetings to the youth just for their ideas to their futures as the constitution have direct impact to their futures.
Over 70% of Somali populations are youth today, witch simply shows they are not only the leaders of tomorrow as well as today. If there is a group deserves to be consulted about Somali constitution it is the youth again and again quoted one of the participants.
All the participants showed constructive, helpful and fruitful ideas that will make Somali constitution commonly owned one as commonly contributed. The deputy Chairman of the Independent Commission for Review and Implementation of the Constitution Mumino Sheikh Cumar promised the youths that such consultative meetings will continue through country.

3. A Consultation Meeting with Religion Scholars In Banadir
During 23rd September 2019 an other one day productive consultative meeting among Somali religion scholars and the Independent constitutional Review and Implementation Commission ( ICRIC ) was held with the purpose of contributing their ideas and taking account their concern about the fifteen chapter or articles.
Religion scholars promised from that day to due they will not be outstanding from the review of the constitution and its’ procedures. As well will not put their hands on their chests by only watching the outcomes instead their contributions will clearly be seen in the constitution.
